Valerie Won Lee is an award-winning global impact strategist, keynote speaker, and author, recognised as one of the Top 10 Voices to Follow in South Korea and recipient of the WomenTech Global Award. Her work spans collaborations with international organisations including the United Nations ecosystem, global universities, NGOs, and corporate leaders working at the intersection of innovation, technology, and social impact.
She is the creator of the SIG Framework (Social–Impact–Global), a decision-making model designed to help leaders navigate complexity and make better judgments in the age of AI.
Through her Collective Intelligence Labs, Valerie brings together leaders from corporations, universities, and entrepreneurial ecosystems to solve complex challenges under real constraints using structured thinking, human judgment, and responsible AI.
Her latest lab was launched at Korea University Business School, one of Korea’s prestigious SKY universities, gathering students, NGOs, and industry leaders from 22 nationalities to design real-world social impact solutions.
She was recognised by the Korea University Global MBA Program for her contribution to leadership, collaboration between academia and industry, and the future of social impact innovation.
