Paul leads Lightspeed's Europe investment team and was previously a partner at Northzone. Prior to investing, Paul was the co-founder and CEO of Dots, a mobile game studio which sold to Take-Two Interactive and co-founder of Giphy which sold to Meta. Paul also helped a NYC-based started called Aviary as COO, which was later sold to Adobe. He started his career as an engineer at Microsoft with a Computer Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
