Our platform replaces costly lab testing and subjective human sensory panels in food and beverage quality control, delivering objective binary decisions at the point of production. The platform is commercially active across web, tablet and smartphone. Validated in industrial pilots with major food manufacturers and published in Nature Scientific Reports (2024) and IEEE Sensors Journal (2026).
