Bachelor's degree in Legal and Social Sciences and postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Passo Fundo (UPF-RS) and in Law, Public Policy, and External Control from the University Nove de Julho (Uninove-SP). He has been working in public service for 43 years. He is an advisor to the Court of Auditors of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (TCE-RS) and vice president of Institutional Relations at Atricon.
