Graduated in Economics from the School of Administration, Economics and Accounting of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FEARP/USP), he has been a federal civil servant in the position of Economist at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation since 2010.
Currently, he works as a Technical Advisor at the Brazilian Company for Industrial Research and Innovation (Embrapii) since 2022.
He served as Director of Management at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) from 2020 to 2022, Chief of Staff at the Secretariat of Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (2018–2020), General Coordinator of PDI under the Informatics Law (2016–2018), and Director of Projects at the Secretariat of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Communications (2014–2016).
He participated in the formulation of the Special Regime of the National Broadband Program (REPNBL), coordinated the Study and National Plan for the Internet of Things, resolved pending issues with the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) related to the Informatics Law, and contributed to other public policies in the telecommunications and science and technology sectors.
