Simone Siebra is a former CEO, executive leader, angel investor, and board member with over 30 years of experience in finance, growth, business transformation, innovation, and governance across multiple sectors, including education, infrastructure, logistics, real estate, food, and technology, in both retail and distribution. She was the first woman to serve as CEO in Brazil’s oil & gas distribution sector, leading family-owned businesses through professionalisation, expansion, and successful sales to global groups. For the past 15 years, she has been active in the startup and innovation ecosystem as a mentor, educator, and investor, supporting founders in strategy, fundraising, and sustainable growth. She is a Women in Tech Ambassador at Web Summit, Global Chair of G100 Work-Life Harmony, and at Nova SBE — Portugal’s #1 business school and a leader in European rankings — she serves as an educator, mentor, and ambassador in programs focused on SMEs and innovation.
