Luiz Othero is the Founder and CEO of Aimana, a company focused on artificial intelligence education and implementation for large enterprises, and Co-Founder of Predikta, a healthtech specializing in AI-powered diagnostics. He is also the former CEO of Abstartups, the largest startup ecosystem organization in Brazil. With a background in New Ventures Leadership from MIT and an MBA in Innovation and Engineering, Luiz has led AI implementations and trained executives at companies such as Banco do Brasil, Mondelez, MetLife, ReclameAQUI, Zucchetti, and Unimed. Today, his focus is on helping organizations adopt AI in a fast and effective way, building strong technical and cultural foundations, as well as implementing AI agents, machine learning models, and executive education journeys.
