I am a Psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Psychology from PUC-RS. In addition to my academic degrees, I hold specializations in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Institute of Teaching and Research in Psychology (IEPP), in supervision in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Luís Guedes Study Center / UFRGS (CELG), and in Social and Environmental Impact Business from PUC-Rio. I have also participated in study groups focused on Psychosomatics. I began my career as a professor at URI/Santo Ângelo in 1997, where I taught clinical subjects and supervised internships. At this institution, I was also a co-founder of the Psychology training clinic. At UNIVATES (Lajeado), I participated in the planning and implementation of the Psychology course, submitting the project for recognition by the Ministry of Education (MEC). I served in the management and coordination of the Psychology course at the Lutheran University of Brazil (ULBRA/Guaíba), where I remained for 19 years. In addition to coordinating the course, I have experience as a supervisor and coordinator of the training clinic, which I founded and where I worked alongside the Brigada Militar. As a university psychologist, I worked at the Psychosocial Support Center of the Student Support Center at PUC-RS from 2018 to 2022. Throughout my academic career, from the start of my teaching practice to the present day, I have worked with academic supervision for basic and professional internships (Clinical Processes, Health Prevention, and Promotion) and taught various subjects such as: Psychoanalytic Psychopathology, Descriptive Psychopathology, Psychotherapeutic Theories and Techniques, Crisis Intervention, Clinical Psychology, General Psychology (Psychoanalytic Metapsychology), Health Psychology, Psychological Interviewing Techniques, and guidance for Final Papers (TCCs). My passion for Psychology and its transformative potential guides my work, as I seek to contribute to the training and development of new professionals through teaching, clinical supervision, and talent development. Currently, I serve as a talent development manager at Rede RS Startup, linked to SICT - the Secretariat of Innovation, Science, and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul. I am also a clinical coordinator and supervisor at the Wilfred Bion Institute, a member of GAEPSI, and a supervisor in private practice.
