Food Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande (2010), with a Master’s degree in Food Engineering and Science and a PhD in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Pelotas (2016). Her career has been marked by work at the intersection of science, industry, and technological innovation. She worked in the food industry, where she coordinated the Quality Assurance and Research & Development departments, leading initiatives in product development and process improvement. She also served as a lecturer at UFMG, engaging in research, teaching, and extension activities. Currently, she is a researcher at the SENAI Institute of Innovation in Sensing Systems, working on research projects focused on integrating sensing technologies with precision agriculture.
