Cinara Vianna Dutra Braga is a Public Prosecutor with distinguished work in the area of Childhood and Youth in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Largo de São Francisco at the University of São Paulo (USP), with a specialization in Private Law. She joined the Public Prosecution Service in 1996 and, since 2014, has been responsible for overseeing institutional care services for children and adolescents in the state capital. Throughout her career, she has received several honors and awards for her work in defending the rights of children and adolescents, including the 1st Miguel Velasquez Human Rights Award from the Public Prosecution Service of Rio Grande do Sul (2015), the Commander Grade of the Order of Merit of the MPRS (2021), the Porto do Sol Commendation and the Dirceu Pinto Commendation (2022), as well as awards from the National Council of the Public Prosecution Service (CNMP), the MPRS, and the Labor Prosecution Service. In 2025, she received the “Mulher Cidadã” (Citizen Woman) Award from the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul.
