Abelardo is the Co-Founder of Noah Ventures. He is an ANBIMA-certified manager of Structured and Alternative Funds, with over 10 years of experience in management, innovation, and performance improvement projects. He has worked at organizations such as Santander, EY, and Endeavor, where he dove deep into the world of scale-ups, venture capital, and innovation. His most recent role was leading Endeavor’s national Search & Selection of Entrepreneurs. He is also a mentor at Plug and Play Tech Center.
