Carlos Speglich: Holds a degree in Physical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos, with an academic exchange at the Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen (Germany). Conducted research in Nanotechnology and Biotechnology.
He served as a research project coordinator at Petrobras, where he worked on several innovation projects, including the first contract between Petrobras and a startup funded by ANP resources, and the first Public Contract for an Innovative Solution following Brazil’s Startup Legal Framework. He founded Dobslit, the first company to deliver an economically viable B2B project in quantum computing in Brazil.
