Wagner Arnaut (TUBA) is IBM Technology Brazil CTO and IBM Distinguished Engineer. Previously, he worked as Technical Director for Cloud and Cognitive in IBM Brazil and as Cloud Advisor Leader. Tuba was CTO for IBM Rational Latin America, joining IBM from Rational acquisition in 2003. Wagner works with several IBM customers as a trusted advisor and consultant for Cloud Adoption Journey and DevOps, with deep skills in Cloud, Software Development and Artificial Intelligence. He is also an IBM Quantum Ambassador. He has a M.Sc. is on Knowledge Management and IT Management. Wagner is University Professor and IBM speaker in several conferences.
