Allan Paladino is the co-founder and CEO of Lastro, a Brazil-based company building an AI-native platform for real estate brokerages. Lastro’s lead-engagement agent manages 700,000+ WhatsApp conversations each month, boosting brokers’ conversion rates by up to 60%.
Before Lastro, Allan served as CFO and partner at Gowork, Brazil’s largest coworking operator, where he helped scale the business and bring in outside investment from a leading private equity fund. Earlier in his career, he spent five years at Credit Suisse's structuring lending division. Allan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP).
