Camilo Clavijo is a seasoned business leader and international speaker with deep expertise in technology, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, he is driven by a clear mission: to help Latin American companies grow better by increasing the quality and scale of their customers and revenue.
With nearly 18 years of experience, Camilo has led large-scale growth initiatives across Latin America and currently spearheads HubSpot’s expansion in the region. He leads a high-impact, multicultural team that is redefining how organizations adopt cutting-edge technologies, build modern demand generation engines, improve opportunity conversion, and design truly customer-centric go-to-market strategies using scalable, cost-efficient, and easy-to-adopt tools.
Camilo holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá and a master’s degree in Strategic Sales and Marketing Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. He is widely recognized as a thought leader in sales and growth strategy, particularly in Cloud and SaaS business models.
Before joining HubSpot, Camilo held senior commercial roles at IBM, Aconex, and Google, where he worked closely with enterprise and high-growth companies across multiple industries. In addition to his executive leadership experience, he is a trusted advisor and coach, known for translating complex concepts into practical, actionable frameworks.
