With over 25 years of experience in the financial, payment, and insurance sectors, Carla brings to Visa a robust and empathetic marketing approach, focused on creating genuine connections with audiences and reinforcing Visa's positioning as a global leader in digital payments, with the purpose of helping everyone thrive, from the very first steps of their journeys. Throughout her career, Carla has worked at institutions such as Bradesco Asset Management, HSBC, Banco Santander, Credicard, among others, which has contributed to extensive knowledge in leadership, culture, creativity, reputation, and continuous innovation. At Visa, she is also responsible for structuring high-performance teams and reviewing business strategies. Before joining Visa, she was executive director of products at Porto Saúde. Carla holds a degree in technology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), postgraduate degrees in computer science and business administration, as well as specializations from renowned international institutions such as Kellogg Executive Education, Hyper Island, and IESE Business School.
