Caroline Torma is Executive Director of Marketing and Entertainment at Grupo RBS. She holds a degree in Journalism from UCPel, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and a postgraduate specialization in the History of Rio Grande do Sul from FURG. She spent 16 years in newsrooms, working as a correspondent, reporter, producer, and editor in both General News and Business at Agora and Zero Hora. For over a decade, she has led multimedia marketing initiatives, managing teams focused on advertising products, business transformation, change management, crisis management, internal communications, public relations, brand strategy, activations, and live experiences. She is also the executive responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility at Grupo RBS and has led Planeta Atlântida — the largest music festival in Southern Brazil — since 2022. A member of the RBS Executive Committee since 2021, she has expanded her leadership in recent years by overseeing the company’s Entertainment vertical and the Programming Division of RBS TV.
