Kim Farrell is a global marketing and technology leader with 15+ years of experience building iconic brands at the intersection of innovation, AI, culture, and storytelling. Most recently Global Head of Creators at TikTok, she helped scale one of the world’s most influential creator ecosystems, leading global strategy, industry-defining programs, and award-winning partnerships that advanced creator monetization and digital culture across dozens of countries. Previously she held senior leadership roles at TikTok across Latin America and the U.S. spanning operations and marketing, driving high-growth expansion and brand transformation, after earlier building her career at Google and Booking.com. Born and raised in Boston, Kim graduated with honors from Harvard University and has been recognized as one of Forbes Brasil’s Top 10 CMOs, Adweek Latin America’s Top 25 Marketing Leaders, and Bloomberg’s Top 500 Most Influential People in Latin America; a Cannes Young Lions Marketer and five-time Cannes Lions winner, she has also earned Webby, Effie, Clio, Smarties, and D&AD awards and served on the IAB Creator Economy Board.
