Bio
Alexandre Ribas is the CEO of Falconi, Brazil's largest business management and people consultancy. He joined Falconi in January 2002 and became a partner in 2014. He began his career as a business unit director in the Durable Goods segment and became a senior partner in 2022. He was appointed CEO in April 2023 by the Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a board member of Grupo Canopus, a guest professor at PUC-RS, and a columnist for the newspaper Valor Econômico. He holds a degree in Food Engineering from UFRGS, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, a Master's in Applied Economics from UFRGS, and completed the Executive Education program at The Wharton School (Pennsylvania, USA).
