Managing Director at Itaú BBA’s Fixed Income team, responsible for Tech and Middle Market Companies, with over 15 years of experience in capital markets debt issuance, securitization and structured products. Extensive knowledge of SME corporate issuances and many other different products such as debentures, asset backed securities (FIDC, CRA and CRI), structured finance and bonds in general, also working over the last years helping startups to raise funds initiatives through ABS and venture debt transactions. Caio has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from UFPR, MBA from FGV and Master of Finance from the University of Toulouse in France, besides Strategy and Business Executive Programs from London Business School and Wharton and Venture Capital from Berkeley University of California.
