Tarso Oliveira is Executive Director of Coalizão RS and Co-Founding Partner of Troca, a company focused on building inclusive culture. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Responsibility from UFRJ. He is part of impact leadership networks such as the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) by the U.S. Embassy, the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders network, Agente Muda, and others.
