Alexandre Noschese is a Co-founder and Partner at Across Capital, a growth equity firm investing in inflection-stage software companies across the U.S. and Latin America. He leads the firm’s Latin America office, backing and supporting founders through the region’s growth journey. Previously, Alexandre was with Granular Capital, a London-based hedge fund, where he led technology investments. He began his career at the Votorantim Group, one of Latin America’s largest industrial and financial conglomerates, and currently serves on the boards of its cement (Votorantim Cimentos) and steel (Acerbrag) businesses. Alexandre holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and a B.A. in Business Administration (honors) from Insper
