I’m an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business growth strategy and operational excellence. I founded and scaled Beleza Natural into a $100M+ beauty company with 55 locations and 4,000 employees. Currently, I advise and invest in Curl Lab, an AI-driven beauty-tech startup. I serve on several advisory boards and hold an MBA from COPPEAD. I also have completed executive programs at Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. I’ve been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and Female Entrepreneur of the Year in San Francisco. I’m also a TEDx speaker. I enjoy reading, traveling and long walks with my Alaskan Malamute.
