Ricardo Coelho Duarte is the Founder and CEO of Beacon Founders, a wealth and liquidity platform dedicated to technology startup founders in Latin America. Beacon builds the financial infrastructure for the new entrepreneurial elite, offering wealth management, family office solutions, tax and legal services, and proprietary equity diversification structures tailored to founders with concentrated and sophisticated balance sheets.
Ricardo holds a degree in Economics from Insper and is certified by the Stanford Ignite Program. He specializes in corporate finance, strategic planning, and venture capital. He was previously a partner at Provence Ventures and OpenVC, as well as at the financial advisory boutique Invixx, and began his career at igc partners, a leading M&A advisory firm in Brazil. He is also an active angel investor in early-stage technology startups.
