Committed to transforming organizations and driving technological innovation, he works in Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) Management and Startup Innovation at CENPES / Petrobras. He is responsible for accelerating the company's technological development through Investment Funds (FIP), managing the strategic relationship with the international association OGCI and its venture capital fund, and connecting the startup ecosystem to Petrobras' business challenges.
With over 17 years of experience in technology and innovation across large-scale projects, he acted as a key leader in Petrobras' Digital Transformation, having designed and headed the company's Agile Center of Excellence. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from UFPE, with postgraduate degrees in Industrial Automation from UERJ and Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), combining a strong technical foundation with a strategic market vision.
