Priscila is the Chairwoman of ABVCAP and the Head of Private Capital Solutions at XP Asset Management, leading investments in private capital both in Brazil and globally. She was formerly a Partner at Crescera Capital, where she was co-responsible for private equity investments in the consumer, retail, healthcare & services sectors. Her prior experience includes roles at Plural Capital in private equity, at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York advising financial sponsors, and at Pacific Advisors investing in PE transactions. Ms. Rodrigues holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on Private Equity and Real Estate. Currently, Priscila is also a Board Member of LAVCA, of Hospital Care and Grupo Zelo.
