Marcia de Borba Campos is the Executive Secretary of the Center for Training and People Development (CJUD), the unit responsible for corporate education at the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (TJRS), Brazil. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a master’s degree in Computing, and a PhD in Informatics in Education. She has over 25 years of experience as a university professor, with an academic career at PUCRS and UFRGS, working in teaching, academic coordination, advisory roles to university leadership, supervision of undergraduate and graduate research projects, as well as participation in academic conferences and scientific committees. Her professional background integrates academia, technology, and education, with expertise in areas such as Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility, Distance Education, Assistive Technology, and Corporate Education. Currently, she focuses on developing continuing education strategies and competency development for judges, public servants, residents, and interns, within complex and evolving organizational contexts.
