Benjamin Gleason is co-founder of Kamino, a Financial Operating System for mid-market companies in Brazil, combining AI-powered AP/AR and reconciliations with embedded banking products. Kamino raised a Series A in 2025, backed by global investors including Flourish Ventures, Quona Capital, Inspired Capital, and Endeavor Catalyst.
Previously, Ben co-founded Guiabolso, a pioneer of Open Banking in Brazil, which raised over $80M, served more than 6 million users, and was acquired by PicPay in 2021.
Earlier in his career, he was CFO and Managing Director of Groupon Latin America and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. An American who has lived in Brazil for nearly 20 years, Ben is an active angel investor and mentor, an Endeavor Entrepreneur, and a Wharton MBA.
