Priscyla Laham has been the president of Microsoft Brazil since January 2025. She has dedicated over 25 years to the technology, consumer electronics, and online services industries. Her priority at Microsoft Brazil is to help drive the country's digital transformation, positioning technology as an ally for economic and inclusive growth and expanding business innovation through artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud platforms, while empowering individuals, companies, and society. The executive's history at Microsoft began in 2000 and consists of two periods: the first until 2015 and the second starting in 2017. Throughout her career at the company, she has held various positions in Brazil, the United States, and Argentina. Before returning as vice president of sales for the consumer sector and leader of the diversity and inclusion committee at Microsoft Brazil, she was a sales director at Meta. Priscyla holds a degree in marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and an MBA from Insper Institute of Education and Research. In 2013, she completed the Executive Program at Stanford University in the United States, with an emphasis on business administration and management. In addition to broad knowledge of IT, she has experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, and products. The executive was recognized in 2024 by the U.S. magazine CRN with the CRN Women of the Channel award, which honors women who have a positive impact on the channel sector.
