Passionate about innovation and new business models, she holds a Master’s degree in Administration from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a postgraduate degree in Big Data and Data Analytics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
She works at Sebrae RS, focusing on innovation and startup development, leading strategic initiatives that strengthen the innovation ecosystem in southern Brazil and support high-impact small businesses.
Throughout her career, she has led initiatives such as Like a Boss, Startup Day, InovAtiva Brasil, Startup Summit, and Sebrae Startups.
