Silvia Penna is Sr Director at Uber and currently she is Brazil Regional General Manager. She joined the company 9 years ago, she was Head of Performance and Marketplace, prior to that she led the Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and SouthWest regions of Brazil. Before Uber she worked in Gradus, a boutique consulting firm that conducts sizing, zero based budgeting, Route to Marketing and M&A for top industries in Brazil. She also worked in the Civil Construction and Real Estate at Odebrecht. Silvia graduated in civil engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has a Master in Administration and Strategy for Universidade de São Paulo.
