Vinicius Faião is Head of Licensing at Bayer, with more than two decades of experience in agribusiness. He holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from UNESP and an MBA in Business Management, combining strong field experience with a strategic business perspective built through commercial, strategic, and executive roles across major soybean seed and biotechnology brands in Brazil. Throughout his career, he has led the commercial front of the Climate FieldView digital platform and Customer Experience initiatives, connecting innovation, data, and value creation for farmers. He also stands out for his ability to build partnerships and lead complex negotiations, with experience in managing strategic biotechnology licensing agreements, including platforms such as Intacta 2 Xtend. He has also been involved with the new soybean biotechnology Intacta 5+
