PhD Student in Electronic Engineering and Computing at ITA, developing a GPS/GNSS-free navigation architecture using quantum sensors. Master’s degree in Physics from UFRGS and Bachelor’s degree in Physics from UFSM. Co-founder and current President of the Institute of Quantum Sciences and Technologies (ICTQ Foton), dedicated to education, research, and business development, headquartered in Porto Alegre – RS, and building an ecosystem of companies, institutions, and associates across 12 Brazilian states. Co-founder and Vice-President of the National Movement of Academic Leagues in Quantum Computing (LACQ Feynman), an initiative that connects young talents and researchers throughout the country.
Acts as a speaker and science communicator in Technology and Quantum Computing, with participation in technology and innovation events as well as national and international academic conferences in more than 10 Brazilian states. Serves as curator of quantum technology tracks at events such as LatinoWare Itaipu 2025 (Foz do Iguaçu – PR), MVP Conference 2025 (São Paulo – SP), and Data Science Summit 2025 (Curitiba – PR).
Has worked in research and development with an emphasis on system analysis and modeling, using graph-based approaches, data science, and machine learning, with published articles in applied physics (econophysics) and condensed matter. Developed an interactive web tool for comparative analysis of indicators and an original clustering algorithm for converting scatter plots into graphs. Throughout his academic and professional trajectory, consolidates experience in translating scientific advances into applied solutions, with a focus on generating products, technologies, and business models grounded in scientific knowledge.
