Erica Fridman is a General Partner at Sororitê Ventures, which manages Sororitê Fund 1, a R$25 million venture capital fund aiming to become the leading investment option for early-stage startups founded or co-founded by women. She is also the founder of Sororitê Angel Network, the largest network of women angel investors in Brazil.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV and built her career in innovation at companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. Over the past five years, she has focused on venture capital, with a strong commitment to advancing gender equity in the industry. She mentors dozens of startups and has been recognized since 2021 as one of the Top Women Investing in Latin America Tech.
