Danilo graduated in Aerospace Engineering from ITA in 2012 and has worked in Brazil’s aerospace and national defense industry since then.
He began his career at Visiona Tecnologia Espacial, contributing as a mission and avionics engineer to the SGDC geostationary satellite program (2013–2017), and as a systems engineer and project manager for the innovative VCUB-1 microsatellite (2017–2023), the first private satellite conceived by the Brazilian industry.
Since 2023, he has worked at Mac Jee as Director of Innovation, responsible for the company’s product and technology roadmap. Since 2024, he has led the RATO-14X rocket project, developed in partnership with the Brazilian Air Force, the first hypersonic vehicle in Latin America.
