Andiara Petterle is a board director, investor, and executive with more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation, corporate governance, and artificial intelligence–driven innovation. She holds a doctorate from Business School Lausanne, where she researched the strategic role of boards in the age of AI, and is certified in AI Global Governance by the Global Governance Institute. She also teaches Digital Transformation and Stakeholder Governance courses at IBGC. Andiara currently serves as an independent board member at companies such as Banco Sicredi, Trocafone, and Dialog CI, and is part of global governance networks including WCD, NACD, and ECGI.
