Carla Fonseca is the CEO of Smiles, GOL Linhas Aéreas loyalty program, since January 2022. With over ten years of experience in the program, the executive previously led Smiles Argentina, where she was responsible for the business strategy in the country, partnership development, and expanding the customer base.
With a degree in Marketing and a MBA in Corporate Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Carla has more than 20 years of experience in sales, channel management, customer acquisition, and the development and management of financial and loyalty products. Throughout her career, she has also held positions at companies such as Atento, Credicard, and Citibank.
