Diretor
Master in Public Policy and Development from IPEA/ESAF (2016), specialist in
Strategic Management and Quality from Universidade Cândido Mendes - RJ (2011),
and Bachelor in Economics from AEUDF (1999). He is the General Coordinator of
Innovation Support Instruments at the Department of Innovation Support Policies
(DEPAI) of the Secretariat of Technological Development and Innovation (SETEC) of
the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MCTI). He is also Vice President
of IBRACHICS - Brazilian Institute of Human, Intelligent, Creative, and Sustainable
Cities and a Member of the National Council of Science and Technology of the
Presidency of the Republic. He was Director of the UNDP Project BRA/16/008 at
TERRACAP from 2016 to 2019 and Director of DINOV at BIOTIC S/A from 2017 to
2019. He is also a Science and Technology Analyst at MCTI, where he worked from
2009 to 2016 in the General Coordination of Technological Services and was the
financial manager of SETEC/MCTI. He was the Coordinator of Technological
Training, responsible for monitoring several projects related to the creation and
implementation of Technology Parks and Business Incubators. He served as
President of the National Association of MCTI Employees - ASCT - from 2010 to
2021.
