Florencia Solari is a finance professional specializing in private equity and international corporate finance. She is Principal Executive for Equity Investments at CAF, where she helps manage a USD 500M+ regional portfolio and has led over USD 100MM in closed transactions, focused on both financial returns and development impact. Her responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, leading due diligence, structuring and negotiating deals, and actively participating in fund governance.
She also teaches International Business Finance at Universidad de Montevideo, focusing on valuation, M&A, capital structure, and multinational financial strategy.
Previously, Florencia worked in BBVA in Madrid in Corporate and investment banking, led cash flow operations for AB InBev and earlier supported SEC reporting and SOX compliance at Altisource.
She holds a Master’s in Finance from EADA Business School, Barcelona, a degree in Economic Sciences from UDELAR, has passed CFA Level I, is a CFA Level II candidate, and holds the CFA ESG Certificate.
