Laura Constantini is recognized for her work in the Venture Capital landscape in Brazil and Latin America since 2008. Her approach combines strategic vision and impact, reflecting her investment thesis in ecosystems and growth stage. Laura stands out for her deep commitment to diversity and sustainable development of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, serving as a board member of Endeavor Brasil, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub at Insper, Entrepreneur in Residence at the Stanford Lemann Center for Educational Innovation and Educational Entrepreneurship in Brazil, and Kauffman Fellow. After 16 years as a partner and investor at Astella, Laura founded Nido VC in 2024 to help families (family offices) create and manage a VC asset portfolio through a unique investment program, delivering to families the pleasure of investing in innovation and following the entrepreneurial journey. She is recognized for creating open environments for knowledge exchange, including the Astella Expert Network, and for developing an investment program focused on proximity, transparency, and learning, aimed at Nido families. Her passion is bridging families who want to be in touch with innovation and entrepreneurship, and leveraging her network and deep knowledge about Brazil to help visionary entrepreneurs, reflecting her commitment to transforming global challenges into scalable solutions that shape a more prosperous, positive, and sustainable future.
