Daniel Martin Ely is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in major organizations, with a career built in multinational companies in the automotive sector. Over the years, he advanced into C-Level roles, culminating as Executive Vice President, and also served as the top executive of business units in Argentina and the United States.
Between 2016 and 2022, he led a broad Cultural and Digital Transformation process in large organizations, becoming one of the first executives in Brazil to hold the position of CTO – Chief Transformation Officer. He also built strong expertise in People, Culture, and Strategy, having served for many years as CHRO and being recognized among the Most Admired HR Leaders in Brazil.
He is the author of the book O Líder em Transformação, board member at CNEX – Center for Human and Organizational Excellence, and the creator and cofounder of the Hélice Innovation Institute and the UniTEA Autism Institute. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UFRGS, a Master’s in Organizational Strategies from Unisinos, MBAs from FGV and FDC, and executive education programs from institutions such as Kellogg and Singularity University.
He is currently dedicated to intellectual production, board advisory, and the development of his authorial platform, Regencya, focused on leaders who operate in high-complexity environments.
