Nilton joined Turim in 2019 and is a member of the Customer Relations team in São Paulo.
He began his career as a trainee at Mercedes Benz do Brasil, later becoming a consulting project manager at Correa da Costa e Associados and a consultant at BAIN & Company. From 2004 to 2010, he held the position of COO at Portobello S/A, overseeing the production, supply, and logistics sectors. In 2010, he took on the role of CEO at Lubrasil Lubrificantes, a position he held until 2019.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Portobello S/A since 2012 and was a member of the Board of Directors of CELESC from 2006 to 2009.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from POLI-USP, an MBA in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Diploma in Board Directors from IMD Business School in Lausanne.
