AS
Lawyer and cattle rancher in the municipalities of Cacequi and Bagé, in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
In 2014, I joined the State Government of Rio Grande do Sul to better understand how public security policies are designed and implemented.
I participated in the Committee to Combat Cattle Rustling and later in the Rural Crime Task Force, initiatives that ultimately led to the creation of the Specialized Rural Crime Police Units (DECRABs).
In 2017, after leaving the state government, I began working on fostering dialogue and coordination between state public security institutions — such as the Civil Police and the Military Brigade — and agribusiness representative organizations, always seeking to strengthen and improve public policies aimed at rural security.
In 2021, I assumed the position of Director of Rural Crime at the Desenvolve Pecuária Institute and became President of the Rural Security Commission of FEBRAC. I also served on the Land Affairs and Innovation Committees of FARSUL.
Currently, I serve as President of the Desenvolve Pecuária Institute and work with the Chief of Staff’s Office of the State Government on parliamentary coordination related to agribusiness and rural security policies.
