Paulo Rogério Silva Dos Santos

Paulo Rogério Silva dos Santos is a lawyer (OAB/RS No. 56,722), accountant, and business administrator, with more than four decades of experience in the legal, fiscal, and public management fields. A native of Tapes, Rio Grande do Sul, he holds a Master’s degree in Law from PUC-RS and is a specialist in Public Law and Finance from FGV-SP.
He served for 15 years as a State Attorney of Rio Grande do Sul (Final Class – Retired) and for nearly 12 years as a State Treasury Tax Auditor at SEFAZ/RS. He held prominent positions at the Porto Alegre City Council, at the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul — where he coordinated the Parliamentary Inquiry Commission (CPI) on Medicines and Supplies/COVID-19 — and, more recently, at the Office of the Attorney General of the Municipality of Porto Alegre. Currently, he practices law independently, focusing on Public Law. He is an Honorary Citizen of Porto Alegre and a board member of Sport Club Internacional.
