The invisible infrastructure of impact: how service sustains major transformations
Mar 25, 2026 — 01:15 pm - 2:15 PMMasterclass Room

Behind innovation and social impact initiatives lies an often invisible infrastructure: the capacity to coordinate technology, operations, and relationships at scale. In this panel, PUCRS, PUCRS Consulting, and Able share two concrete examples of this machinery in action.
On one hand, the service structure that has for years sustained the relationship experience with PUCRS students—a project that continuously evolves in the way the university connects with its audiences, bringing candidates closer to the institution, strengthening the brand's tone of voice, and contributing to a closer and results-oriented journey. On the other hand, the MEI Calamities Program, created after the 2024 floods in Rio Grande do Sul, which connected thousands of micro-entrepreneurs with specialized consultants. Executed by PUCRS Consulting with operational management by Able, the program structured the entire relationship journey between MEIs and consultants, including connection, scheduling, support, and monitoring.
The panel explores how technology, processes, and human management combine to transform complex operations into structured experiences—and how this invisible infrastructure is fundamental to scaling real impact.
