With over 10 years of experience in the Latin American entrepreneurial ecosystem, Andrei Golfeto has a strong background in business development, community management, and open innovation. He holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from University of São Paulo, a specialization in Digital Transformation from the Polytechnic School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Currently, as Inception Community Manager within the Developer Relations team at NVIDIA Latin America, Andrei supports 1.3K AI-driven startups with growth challenges and Venture Capital partnerships, collaborating with over 140 funds to provide startups with access to the full accelerated computing platform: including SDKs, developer tools, training programs, and strategic connections. Previously, he worked as Innovation Manager at Itaú, where he led the startup community at Cubo, the main innovation hub in Latin America, developing several partnerships to support founders. At iFood, a leading food delivery unicorn, he was part of the New Ventures team, focusing on B2B partnerships to support SMB restaurants, open innovation, and relationship building within the tech ecosystem. His career began at ACE, the largest startup accelerator in the region, where he contributed to over 30 open innovation projects with corporates such as AWS, Mastercard, EDP, Natura, and Santander, and led the creation of an online support platform for portfolio startups. During his undergraduate years, Andrei was President of Brasil Júnior, FEJESP, Núcleo Unesp, and Empreender Jr, leading sponsorship initiatives with over 40 corporates, including Ambev, Votorantim, Suzano, Globo, and Bosch, to support the largest entrepreneurial education initiative for university students: the Junior Enterprise Movement (aka MEJ in Brazil).
