Marina Sirotsky is a psychologist with an MBA in Strategic Management from IE Business School (Madrid), an entrepreneur, and a board member of Maromar Investimentos, the family holding company that controls Grupo RBS. She works at the intersection of education, governance, and human development, creating projects that integrate knowledge, real-world experience, and education to generate meaningful impact. She is a co-founder of the children’s lifestyle curation startup Lana Trends, Escola de Pais 018, focused on childhood learning and development, and the Mordi a Língua group, a women’s community centered on topics such as motherhood, education, career, and contemporary life. She represents a new generation of leaders who connect purpose, legacy, and the future.
