João Vitor Possamai is the CFO of Asaas and brings extensive experience in the financial sector. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU and has worked at leading institutions such as CPP Investments, Macquarie, and HSBC. Since 2021, he has overseen financial management, fundraising, M&A activities, and strategic planning at Asaas. Under his leadership, the company has raised over BRL 1 billion in investments, completed two acquisitions, and maintains a strong pipeline of new opportunities. Over the course of his career, João has played a key role in the successful closing of nine M&A transactions, collectively totaling more than USD 2.5 billion in equity value.
