She is Co-founder and Director of Enlaza, a platform connecting founders, investors, and corporate leaders through curated programs, events, and capital access initiatives. Iris has supported female GPs and emerging fund managers in connecting with institutional LPs and family offices, and has led acceleration, investment-readiness, and cross-market initiatives spanning more than a dozen countries.
