Seasoned financial industry professional with nearly three decades of expertise across diverse sectors, having worked for international investment banks and brokerage firms, as well as in asset management and proprietary investments in privately-held companies in Brazil. Experience as a sell-side equity research analyst, covering Brazilian stocks for international and local investors, as well as in M&A, involved in several cross-border and local transactions. Co-founder of a boutique M&A firm specializing in middle-market deals in Brazil, which later became a fund management company, where I served as a managing partner and co-manager of the funds, mainly focused on Brazilian shares, but also investing in other Latin American markets. Co-owner of a holding company for proprietary investments in high-growth, non-public Brazilian firms, participating as a shareholder and Board Member of invested companies. CEO at Invest Tech Brazil, a Brazilian Private Equity & Venture Capital fund management firm. I have a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo and I am an authorized portfolio manager by CVM (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) since 2007. Additionally, I hold CGA/CGE/CFG certifications by ANBIMA and completed the Board Member Formation Course by IBGC (Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa). Born in the USA and raised in Brazil, I have a triple citizenship (American/Brazilian/Italian) and I´m fluent in Portuguese and English, as well as conversational in Spanish and Italian.
